Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.

We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the 1-3 business days required to process orders.

We ship from Kansas City using FedEx, UPS, and regional carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and can take 2-14 days to deliver to the final address once processed depending on your location - specific estimates are provided for each state at checkout. After your order has shipped, tracking information is sent out in a shipping confirmation email.

Note to Hawaii and Alaska Customers: Please email us before placing an order, as special shipping options are required.

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact info@jahmamasauce.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to their perishable nature, our products may not be returned nor exchanged.

However, if you have concerns or problems with the products you receive, please contact us at info@jahmamasauce.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and which items you received. Our team will attempt to resolve any issue.

Our apparel is shipped from a different location than our hot sauce bottles, therefore a separate order needs to be made for merch.
