No need to worry! Due to the seasonality of our Scotch bonnet peppers and depending on harvest conditions, the colors of the peppers can vary and cause slight variations in sauce color! These nuances make for a unique and extra tasty recipe.!

Separation is natural! We take pride in using as many natural ingredients as possible and avoid using weird additives. This leads to separation which is remedied with a quick shake before you pour!

With the help of world renowned hot sauce expert Ed Currie, we developed an all natural Jah Mama Sauce with the same amazing flavor you know and love, minus it’s former thickening agent (xanthan gum) and using higher quality ingredients thanks to Ed’s dedication to growing the absolute best peppers!

We’ll be releasing an ‘Xtra Spicy Jah Mama Sauce’ for the people like you and me that love the heat and ‘Jah Mama Mild’ for the ones that can’t take the heat but still want to enjoy that unmistakable Caribbean flavor.
